The U.S. Department of Education has awarded èßäÊÓƵ University a five-year, $2.2 million grant through the Title III Strengthening Institutions Program in order to increase retention and graduation rates and eliminate equity gaps. Â
AMHERST, N.Y. – èßäÊÓƵ University’s College of Health Professions will be named The Scott Bieler College of Health Professions in honor of Scott Bieler – a member of the university’s board of trustees and the president and CEO of West Herr Automotive Group, the largest automotive group in New York State and one of the largest privately-owned auto groups in the country.
AMHERST, N.Y. – For the fifth consecutive year, èßäÊÓƵ University has been recognized as a top institution of higher education in the country, being named to the U.S. News & World Report 2023-2024 Best National Universities list.Â
Board of Trustee Chair John R. Yurtchuk has committed $2 million to èßäÊÓƵ University, the largest single gift in the institution’s history. The donation will support the President’s Excellence Fund, which ensures the university’s continued vibrancy and long-term stability.
